NCNC in collaboration with NCNLS (North Carolina Nepalese Literary Society) is pleased to announce Children’s poetry festival to commemorate 201th Bhanu Jayanti celebration. It is our great pleasure to have renowned writer Mr. Krishna Dharabashi with us during this celebration. This will be a great opportunity to interact with Mr. Dharabashi regarding his very popular movie JHOLA as well as his other literary works. JHOLA is scheduled to be shown on 27th of June Friday at 8pm at Hindu Temple in Morrisville.
We would like to request everyone to encourage your school going children to write poems either in English or Nepali and send to us by 25th of June 2014. Kids will get an opportunity to recite their poem during the program and will receive recognition from chief guest Madan Puraskar winning author Mr. Dharabashi ji.

Welcome to SANGALO!
Sangalo is an annual publication of Nepal Center of North Carolina. The aim of this publication is to promote Nepal and Nepali culture in North Carolina, besides informing NCNC activities and agenda to its members, friends and well-wishers residing in North Carolina and abroad.
The publication is published every year on the occasion of Dashain and distributed during dashain event.
This is the 12th year in making, the first issue of Sangalo was published in year 2000.
